THE CERTIFICATION PATH
Learn the work, prove the work, then choose how to use it.
Online and in-person learners follow the same live operating standard. There are no recorded lessons. Certification is based on practical evidence rather than attendance alone.

1. Attend six live Saturdays
Learn client intake, page and content changes, responsive checks, forms and Inbox, Hosting, safe publishing, reporting, and support boundaries. Both online and in-person sessions run for three hours; the in-person session includes a break.

2. Complete the final practical
Manage a real assessment project, document the decisions, pass responsive and launch checks, and respond to review feedback.

3. Earn the Alora badge
Learners who pass receive the Alora Certified Website Manager badge. They can manage their own or employer website, serve independent clients, and opt into future Site Partner pool review. Certification never guarantees clients or income.
LIVE CERTIFICATION OPTIONS
Choose how you want to learn live.
The first cohorts open online so learners can join without travel. Every teacher handles a group of no more than 12; additional registrations create parallel staff-led cohorts. The in-person route opens when demand supports it.
LIVE ONLINE — FIRST COHORTS
GH¢3,000
Six Saturdays · three hours
Per participant. Join live from your own computer, work with the teacher in real time, and complete one final practical assessment session. No recorded course is included. Each teacher handles no more than 12 learners. The full fee must be paid before the first class.
IN PERSON — FRANCO ESTATE
GH¢3,000
Six Saturdays · three hours
Per participant at Franco Estate. Each live class includes a break and is followed by one final practical assessment session. Capacity is 12 per class. The full fee must be paid before the first class.
PRIVATE TEAM
From GH¢15,000
Company training for up to five
A private cohort at the company headquarters, the Alora office, or an agreed training room. Final scope depends on location, schedule, participant count, travel, and whether the organisation uses a live company project.
Joining the interest list takes no payment. Accepted online and in-person learners must pay the full GH¢3,000 fee before their first class. Dates and assessment rules are confirmed in writing before payment. Corporate delivery is separately scoped and fully paid before training begins.
